Daftari is a platform for running the daily operations of retail shops. It is built with Flutter and runs from a single codebase on Android, web and Windows. It started as a system for one shop; after it proved itself, it was fully rebuilt into a multi-tenant platform where every shop owner signs up on their own and gets a completely isolated data environment. The platform covers point of sale, customer accounts and debts, expenses, staff permissions, automatic daily reports, and a separate visual identity for each shop. The backend runs entirely on Firebase (authentication, real-time database, Cloud Functions), with strict security rules that keep every shop's data separate, plus a staged self-update system for the app.
