It gives a practical way to manage grades, sections and students, record statuses such as present, absent and excused, then review weekly or monthly records and export attendance sheets to Excel. How it works: the user adds the school's details, then adds grades and sections or fills them in automatically. Students can be entered manually or imported from a ready Excel file. From the quick attendance screen, the user picks the date, grade and section and marks each student; past days can be edited at any time. When a student is absent, the app prepares a message to notify their parents, for one student or a group, with a chance to review it before sending. The attendance log shows records by week or month, with filters, sorting, and an official attendance sheet export.
